Because the ideology of congress is not going to be benefited by the people, at the same time they are convincing with the statements of congressmen, hence they are re-electing the congressmen. And most of the voters assumes that the congress is corrupted, and it is the responsibility of congressmen to come out it from the corruption. The common ideology of a voter is, and bilieves that, any incumbent,the one who paid the price fighting for conservative and Christian principles, they only elected and reelected again and again. and the one who puts on political power for the sake of getting power, has done nothing, or is outright wrong – should be immediately replaced.
