(a) Toxic fumes affecting mortality risk of workers at an industrial facility.
(b) Policy aimed at reducing air pollution that affects visibility at the Grand Canyon.

Solution

A) For this, I would like to use \"human capital or foregone earning approach\". It values environmental approach through their affect on labour. It analysis the affect of change in environment over the quantity and quality of labour and hence, concludes the results for all.

B) I would like to use, \"dose response\" method for this. This method studies the affect of any particular pollutant over the economic activity of people. It co-relates the problem with health of the people and then with the number of there working days. Hence, accordingly helps in finding the severity of problem and it\'s solution.
