Solution
Recovery phase of any disaster cycle is more concerned with psychology of the affected person because they lost almost everything in the disaster. Dusaster recovery happens in a series of step encompassing short term and long term measures. The short term efforts concentrate on restoration of critical infrastructure such as temporary housing, food & drinking water, medical facilities in the affected areas etc. Long term measures are rehabilitating the affected person, restoration of roads, building, communication medium. Counselling to the affcted people so that they can face the situation bravely, providing livelihood to the affected people, search of missing person in the disaster. Recovery is a process which need proper attention and focus of the civic society, government, volunteers etc.
Definitely all steps and stages given proper emphasis with a correlation of degree of necessity in short term measures and degree of relevance in long term measures.Recovery process will be completed successfully and within the stipulated time when each and every steps planned accordingly and implemented in that manner.
