I know I need to use the ideal gas law for this and relate it to I=Q/t

however I am messing up somewhere. I think its with the pressure, I need the partial pressure of H2 gas NOT the total pressure of the \"water saturated H2 gas\". keep that in mind please

Solution

Use PV=nRT to find n, the moles of hydrogen gas.
V= 15x10^-2 L
P= 715 torr-VP of water at 25C (about 25 torr; look it up in Wikipedia)
T= 298.2K
R = Applicable value for the above units.
