To what degree (if at all) do companies have responsibility to help former employees who are transitioning to a job in a different organization?
Solution
usually majority of the times organizations do not concern highly about their ex-employees. there will be many reasons for this, they think that the employee is not going to be contribute any serivices to this firm. but if a firm concern about its ex-employees it will be great honor to them. both will works with gratitude and carry a healthy relation
but practically it may not be possible and very difficult to practice. organizations are working to update and improve their existing employees at most of the times. and every business unit is treating as cost unit, they wont ready to spend one penny without having potential return.
