What sort of educational background and/or experience do you think might be best for a theatre director and why? How about a theatre producer and why? A theatre director must have qualifications related to art so that they give best outputs when it comes to quality. They must have excellent language skills to deliver perfect dialogue. They must be creative and must not just create shows for publicity. They must have immense knowledge on making a show and must give value to art and culture.

When it comes to producer they must be qualified enough to be able to select the subjects wisely. They must have enough finance so that they will not compromise when required. They must be able to judge what is a quality play and what is not. They must be able to choose quality in making and must encourage able directors.
