What is the marketing strategy for your company?

IF we look at the branding and marketing strategy of my company, it is quite evident that the company mainly focuses on the differentiation and customization of the products while giving a lot of significance to the technological sophistication of its products and innovative features which really makes its products differentiated than the products of the competitors.

My firm is currently implementing the following two marketing strategies:-

Differentiation:- The main focus of the firm remains on having such a differentiation features in its products that not only customers but the competitors cannot match it so easily. The recently launched products have some of the unique features which cannot be copied by the competitors.

The other aspect of differentiation is its quality standards. My firm’s products are renowned for its superior quality and in fact these two features have really made the company an accepted and recognized brand.

Customization:- My company also facilitates the facility of customization which is mainly to offer different products to the different customers as per their needs. Launching of different product extension is a typical example where the different products are offered to the customers as per their requirements.
