In your opinion, identify the major factor that differentiates high-performing from low-performing organizations and justify your position. From the employees’ viewpoint, working for a high-performing organization is easier. Agree or disagree with this statement and provide your rationale.

(1) Leadership : Leadership is a critical factor of high performing organisation. High performing organisations are creating leaders at every level of the organisation chart.Moreover, leaders in high performing organisations re comfortable with complexity,volatility and change. In critical situatuations they are able to mobilize the organization.
High performing organisations have stocked future leaders whose skills are matched to future needs. In other words, high performing organisations have leaders who are excellent in rotational role and in every functional role alloted to them. As per BCG report, it is said that, High performance companies fill 60% of top management roles with internal employees, while low performance companies fill only 13% top management positions through internal employees.
