Honda has successfully taken the place of a leading engine maker producing about 20 million motors per year. Honda company has never shown a loss from its origin and its stock prices are doubling in values year to year. It gives production that customers can rely on with durability and long lasting vehicles which are reported to be running on road for about 25 years.
Honda\'s success depends on its operations system plans to a large extent. The approach it has chosen to work on being different and unique from the other market makes it stand at this successful position in the market.
Honda runs with the approach to localise their operations in the market instead of working globally which means that they do not control the operations from a single headquarter but instead work there as autonomous companies. This helps them to understand the external factors that will effect their production and they base their products on the likes and needs of the local customers.
