In my opinion, Rachel has spent her day quite effectively. This is because she has a proper combination of being relaxed and working hard when it is needed. Along with this, she is also able to manage her project as per the schedule and is able to develop a very healthy social relationship with others by helping them in their project too which are running behind the schedule so that these projects can also be brought to the track.

She is quite good in planning both in the morning and in evening. Yet, if there were no communication breakdown and no weekly status meeting then only 20 minutes would have been devoted by her to listen to the team members each day. In my opinion, she should invest more time in it. As we know that the discussion between the group manager and line manager is quite crucial so that the schedule of the project can be maintained and they can have a good relationship.

Despite that, she is able to adhere to the project schedule even by having a meeting with the team member only for 20 minutes as she is quite expert in dealing and handling the individuals and project activities.
