Solution

She is aware of all the problems and how the expenses are increasing every day. She can directly go and speak to the senior dentist before things go out of hand. But before going and meeting him she has to collect the numbers to show as a proof. Number talk more than words, so keep the revenue numbers and expenses ready to present. She can start with a discussion on how the staff are getting demoralised because of the pressure and without any year-end bonus. She can then move to the main topic of how having a new dentist is costing a lot of money to the clinic. She can explain to him how the new dentist is not getting any new customers and not ready to do any marketing to attract new patients. She can not directly complain about the new dentist she has to start with the staff and then move to the main topic. Just to support her argument she has to be ready with the revenue numbers. It is better to speak to the senior dentist because it was his decision to have a new dentist in the clinic and invest more to improve the business.
