Here clearly in a single does, 7.5 mg will be given.

So using the formula that total amount in one dose = D/H x Q

= (175/50) x 7.5 ( all units in mg) ( and it is because 250 mg per 5 ml means 50 mg/ml)

=1312.5/50 = 26.25 ml

So required single dose = 26.25 ml.
