As a salesperson the most important thing is to get orders keeping our customer happy, after examining the stock of the current Tide products I was able to confirm the order of the regular sizes, this is a routine because Ms. Hansen is a regular customer and I`ve worked with her many times now. The important part is to get the new size into her store, I have the advantage to keep a good relationship with her due to all the past orders and I know what is the only reason she is not ordering the new size so I will provide my marketing plan which is a win-win situation
I am sure that after Ms. Hansen sells the product she will realize all the money she was losing for not offering the biggest size of Tide to her customers
