Sufficient visuals that sufficiently explain support your answer. The Falkirk Wheel is a giant Ferris elevator for boats. You are the conductor of the wheel and you are in charge of being sure that boat traffic flows through the Falkirk channel smoothly. However, you notice that up on the top of the wheel there was a traffic jam and you have let many boats use the wheel to be lifted up to the top channel since then. There are now 5 boats sitting up on the bridge. No one is in danger as far as you can tell, but your boss comes running out screaming \"There is too much weight!! All those boats plus the water weight will cause the bridge to collapse!!\" What do you tell him to calm him down and prove you deserve a promotion to lead traffic controller

Immediately say \" I HAVE AN IDEA\" it shows your positiveness & proptmness to handle situation.You have to be calm from yourend than becoming panic. Being an incharge surely we would know about the pros and cons of situation. As boss is thinking that bridge can collapse try to tell him its your experience which shows smooth running of boat trafiic till date. Later you can explain that we have handled this kind of situations many times more effectively.
