(a)
Adding of water does not alter the equilibrium position as pure liquids do not change their concentration.

Adding of solid Ca(OH)2 also does not alter the equilibrium position as the pure solids do not change their concentration.
(c)
Ca(NO3)2 will undergo the following dissociation.
Ca(NO3)2 (aq.) -----------> Ca2+ (aq.) + 2 NO3- (aq.)
So, it will increase the concentration of Ca2+ ions, i.e. roducts and hence shifts the equilibrium position towards left side i.e. back ward direction.
(d)
Addition of HCl, release the H+ ions which react with OH- ions of euilibrium as follows,
H+ (aq.) + OH- (aq.) -----------> H2O (l)
So, it will remove the OH- ions from euilibrium causing decrease in concentration of products and hence equilibrium position is shifted towards right side i.e. forward direction.

Added KOH will undergo following dissociation,
