Value chain activities can be defined as the activities performed by an organization to deliver standard and qualitative product to the customers.In manufacturing organization it is more important to execute value chain activities to produce quality product. Through the advent of IT application, this activities can be further streamlined and executed properly. 3 IT application I think are

a- ERP Module- In Enterprise resource planning, core business element can be integrated like production, supply chain, distribution, marketing etc.

b- Machine Learning- Through this the organizationcan predict properly by use of big data analytics the taste and preference of customers and produce product accordingly.

C- MIS- Through management information system all the activities in the manufacturing organization can be planned and controlled properly.

For Hard Rock Cafe it can used the above mentioned IT application for creating more values.
