Social structure theories place much of the criminal activity into the lower class. If someone would say to you that crime only happens in the lower class, how would you answer? Do all people in the lower class commit crime?

yes, in low classes the crime rates will be high. because of their poorness, do not have resources even to fill their stomuch, to fulfill their basic needs they should depends on others, they are not well educated, they think not in a matured way and even they are ready to work, no organization is ready to provide to work them and treats them in a different way in society.

so, in these conditions, generally people felt hesitation, and starts to practice unethical and illegal activites. but all the people who belongs to low class does not commit crime.

there is a beautiful saying \"empty stomuch does not concern about law and there are no ethics to them\". so, need and purpose are two powerful motivators in this world. to fulfill their basic needs, some of them will commits crime.
