Solution

Decision making has played a very important role in almost each and every aspects of life and it is considered as one of the qualities that should be present as this helps in making the way easier. If we talk about ethical decision making we will consider the parameters like trust, fair judgement, responsibility and any thing that is related with ethics and values and in condition these parameters cannot be ignored. As conveyed that decision making plays a very important role in all aspects and therefore health care is also not an exception. If we look at the health care system we will notice that there are a lot of ethical dilemmas that need proper decision making in order to yield positive results for all the stakeholders involved. If we determine the use of decision making in healthcare we will notice that in situations which result in conflicts require ethical decision making so that the result is positive for all and this may involve the stakeholders like the patient, doctor, patient\'s family, hospital management and many more.

The most important and popular issue that we experience is the issue regarding research in health care because that involves a lot of ethical issue that needs to be considered. In order to develop recommendations for future applications through research various experiments needs to be carried out on human body and here lies the controversy because it needs to decided that carrying experiments on a living human being is ethical or not, even if the condition will not improve still is this an ethical process that healthcare institutions should follow. The stakeholders may provide consent to the activity but ethics will be questioned again. There has been situations where the family of a patient is ready to donate the patient\'s body for tests and experiments but the patient is not asked because he or she is not in the state to answer hence the family takes the decision, the process is legal but not ethical.

There is also an example where the hospital authorities may just over charge the patient\'s family and misguide them regarding the disease, this is a very common phenomenon where the professionals take advantage of the needy and happens in almost every profession but there is again a difference. Healthcare is not just a profession it deals with human life so the care and attitude should be more and hence the values and ethics are more important while taking a decision.
