a)

volume flow rate = volume of room/time

volume flow rate = 120/(20 * 60)

volume flow rate = 0.1 m^3/s

the volume flow rate is 0.1 m^3/s

radius of ducts is r

volume flow rate = u * pi * r^2

0.1 = 3 * pi * r^2

r = 0.103 m

the radius of the duct is 0.103 m
