Discuss your personal philosophy for promoting the careers of women managers within an organization. Why do you hold this philosophy? Explain any challenges that you foresee in implementing this philosophy within an modern organization. How will you overcome these challenges?

Solution

to be open, i only consider the employee performance while analysing his work. i never consider their gender,age, sex or religion. in the same way i treat my employees. so to the first question, i only encourage the people who loves their work and who works honestly and with dedication.

ofcourse if a women emplayee carries these characteristics, i encourage them. some male people may not accept it, and they tried to create some kind of problems to them. i extend my support to her to handle this kind of people and situations.

here the main problem is male domination and senior and junior issue. i explain to all my people that here only talent results not seniority and not experience. if you have it, you are the boss, otherwise all we are followers.
