From a general manager perspective the most common or universally accpeted organisational control is the \' concurrent control\'. This helps in resolving problem by adaptive environment, total quality management ane employee self control. Concurrent control closely monitor the activities and propose new solutions based on the change in requirement. This helps in creating key performance indicators for all the funcional department.
