interview two people inorder to you learned what challenges do they face at their life stage ? do they feel these challenges are common among others with in the same life stage, or do they feel uniquein these challenges?

Solution

While interviewing two people I came to know that one was facing the challenge of trying to get -good grades in his examination and was trying to improve year after year and another one was facing the challenge of breakdown of his family. Although he had also tried to save his family, he had found it most difficult job on earth to make people reconcile.      

              When asked, the former said that these challenges are common among others in his life stage but the latter one said family breakdown is a unique challenge and not all the people in his life stage face the same challenge.
