i think your compound is not pure compound
nitrating mixture is very strong acidic condition some amount your ester might be hydrolyzed in to carboxylic acid
you may be having some starting material + some product + some hydrolyzed product
that is why your spectra is looking horrible
peaks at 3419, 3377 cm-1 can be either primary amine or the -OH group
these two functional groups only will come that range
one more possibily is thatthere can be a carboxy lic acid acid functional group also
peaks at 2800-3030 will be SP3 C-H streching values
1720, 1712 cm-1 peaks can be carbonyl(C=O) streching
it can be from aldehyde or ketone or ester or carboxylic acid
1616 cm-1 will be C=C streching this can be from alkene or from aromatic compound
1367-1436 cm-1 range will be C-C and C-O streching values
below this range is called finger print range we can not really assign these peaks
