My management and leadership role model is the manager of my process and yes i have been inspired by manager and he had made profound impact on me.
Following are the 10 characteristics of my role model that exemplified that they were a strong manager---------
1. Creativity------------- Creativity is one of the important characteristics that seperate him from another managers. it seperate him on the basis of competence and excellence. because he has creativity he has ability to capture the people attention.
2. present a positive attitude--------- positive team perform better, positive team will also be able to troubleshoot problems and also able to overcome the adversity in the workplace. my manager can exibit strength and calm during the stressful time period and also exibit positive attitude all over the time , which motivate us to perform the task with same spirit.
3. structure---------------My manager shoud know how to work within the structure of the company , can understand the structure in a better way , and he has also guide others to work within the predescided parameters, and also dont allow anyone to expand beyond the boundaries.
4. Intuition-------------My manager has stronger intution, as stronger the intution is the stronger manager he will be. he is able to sense about other thinking and feeling and respond them accordangily.
5. commitment--------Manager commitment can lead to the sucess of the project. our manager is commited toward the sucess of the project. he can also work for the vision of collective team and make the team closer to achive the targets.
6. Good human-------- the manager who dont show their good human characteristics just because of their authority must not be a good leader. my manager respect other feelings and also connect with the other team members on the level of humanity. as this inspire the loyality in the team.
7. Flexibility and versatality----------------- flexibility and versatality is one of the most valuable quality of any good manager. flexibility and versatality allow the leader to quckly change with time whenever necessary.
8. Focus------My manager is focus and discipline , which allow him to achive his targets sucessfuly. it is one of the important characteristics of good leader .
9. Knowledge--------------Knowledge is the base of anything. good knowledge base of my manager make him focused, transparent , he should also focusing on the employee knowledge and what they need to learn to enhance their skill.
10. Make time for employee-----------my manager should make proper communication with their employees from time to time . he spent quality time with their vteam mates and try to solve our quries and also give us valuable suggestions from time to time.
I have to increase my proficiency to become a good leader also as i should present positive attitude, try to earn and build the trust of others team mates, always take initiative ant try to lead and inspire the others, i will have to offer support to the others and try to encourage other to achive there targets.
