career consists of the sequence of jobs where one individual performs in his employable life, which are inter-related. usually when the aspirants are freshers, they and when they dont know about what kind of vacancies avialable in the market, they go with online searching.

sometimes when they have a clear idea about a vacancy but dont know who offers the same kind of position, at those times job seekers will depends on sites by searching different vacancies.

when there are plenty of offers available in the market, but dont know which is one is best to the seekers; at these times tbey collects information from all the sources and by comparing and contrasting each other they comes to an idea and choose a best and suitable one.

sometimes in a reverse sense also job seekers depends on online job portals. here when they dont know which kind of vacancy is suitable for them, and they already holding some skills and they may be expertise at some areas. but to get a job, they may require some aditional skills or knowledge. in these times to learn what they requires, and what kind of skills and practice they requires; for this kind of issues job seekers depends on online job sites.

fortunately my carrer is in a right way and i never depends on webs or online search. i prefers to internal reference rather than any other source and proceeds with my requirements.
