Intellectual rights are created by self or monopoly is assigned to designated owners.So ones property should be beneficial for him or her.Therby the decesions taken over his intellectual property should be a benefit for him.It is the right of the creator.On the other side freedom of expression can conflict them.Certain copywrites can bring conflicts.Certain copywrites authorises but others dont.In the real world, nothing is perfect. We all hear or read that in the developed nations, they have more freedom, and that includes the media.Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression , it includes freedom to hold opinions without any interference.

Patent law protects inventions, and trade secret law helps safeguard information that is mission critical in an organization.The protection of intellectual property through ordinary patents or trademarks can even be conceived as a social contract under which society protects the owners\' rights while products are marketed to the public at a price.Some trademarks are viewed as insufficient.This price can be interpreted as unethical.According to my suggestion the intellectual property is a self created trade where he or she is the owner and so they should have a link with the governments to export or give to the public.If price becomes a factor government can take favoring actions legaly and support the owner.It would be a good favor for public too.freedom of expression is a indivitual right without anyones intereference so media can or any social networks can bring out any type of conflicts.Simply put them aside because it is the right of citizens to protect themselves from being defamed or libeled.Its different for differnt people.

As my experience freedom of speech or expression have never mattered me,when i have distributed my notes which ismy intellectual property.
