Core cultural dimensions are the framework that is designed for cross-culture interaction which tells the different values of the social culture for its members and groups. The four cultural dimensions are as follows: Power, Distance, Uncertainty avoidance and individualism.

Central tendencies in the Anglo- In this culture the power distribution is moderately egalitarian, the social relationship is strongly individualistic, the environmental relationship is strongly mastery oriented and uncertainty are moderately rule-based.

East/Southeast Asian- In this culture the power distribution is strongly hierarchical, the social relationship is strongly collectivistic, the environmental relationship is strongly harmony oriented and uncertainty is the strong relationship based.

Germanic - In this culture the power distribution is moderately egalitarian, the social relationship is moderately individualistic, the environmental relationship is moderately mastery oriented and uncertainty is strongly rule-based.
