Leadership all about vision, leading, monitoring, motivating to team achieve a specific destination or target.

Basically three actions that we have taken in the leadership realm are as follow.

1)    Motivating the team to achieve the difficult target and resulting high level productivity during work.

2)    Leadership mostly based on leading a team towards destination.

3)    Leadership need strong bonding with team and strong communication and influential style.

Yes as per seniors and peers I have some added value that are very much influence my team as well as others ,added value like convincing power ,conflicts management and positive approach in difficulties .

So many times I have proof myself with such added values.

Several times I have measured my added value on the basis of situation.

I am a sale person working with a switchgear manufacturing company that is very big an old MNC.

Frequently we are arranging different types of meats of electrician, electrical contractors, architect and engineers, facing large number of difficulties everyday’s and managing these difficulties with efficiently and effectively.
