Part A: Cars are needed in Stillwater, Tulsa and OKC for an upcoming event in Central and Eastern Oklahoma. 22 cars are needed in Tulsa, 15 cars in OKC and 9 in Stillwater. 46 cars have been located that can be driven from locations in Dallas (10 cars), College Station (20 cars) and Lubbock (16 cars).

Its not clear from the Qn, what exactly is being asked. However, I beleive the problem is if we have got demand and supply mismatch.

Total cars needed are therefore, = cars needed in Tulsa+cars neede in OKC+cars needed in Stilwater

22+15+9 = 46 cars

The total cars availbale are cars needed in Dallas +cars needed in College station +cars needed in Lubbock

=46 cars.

Since demand = supply = 46. We have the both things equal.
