According to the Le Chatelier\'s principle , the reaction at equillibrium , tries to re-estabilish the equillibrium by shifting in right or left when the reaction conditions are changed.

So here :

a) increasing the temperature : The number of moles of CO2 increases as the reaction moves in forward direction.

b) Increasing the pressure : The number of moles of CO2 decreases , as the reaction moves backward.

c) Adding H2O : The number of moles of CO2 decreases , as the reaction moves backward.
