4)The buyer has a right to reject the goods, when on receiving the goods, and after a proper inspection of the same is made, the goods are not found in conformity with the terms of the contract. In such case, the buyer has the right to reject those goods.
His Obligations include:
1) He should communicate to the seller of the rejection within a reasonable time
2) He should take reasonable care of the rejected goods at the dispostion of the seller.
5)The buyer can revoke acceptance in the following cases:
1) When the buyer has the knowlegde of the non-conformity and assumes the seller would but has failed to fix the same, reasonably.
2) The buyer doesn\'t have the knowldege of non-conformity and accepts them,but only if the non-conformity was difficult to be found or, the seller has provided such a good assurance that the buyer got deceived not to inspect them.The revocation should be made, once the buyer has found the defect and within a reasonable time.
6)In shipment contract, the obligation of the seller comes to an end when he delivers the goods to the carrier,that delivers the goods to the buyer, in this case, any loss during shipment to the goods is to be borne by the buyer and seller is not responsible for the same.
In Destination contract, the seller\'s obligation comes to an end, when the goods are delivered at the destination of the buyer as sepcified by him. Any losses during transit, till reaching the destination are to be borne by the Seller on this type of contract.
