So, Line perpendicular to above has a slope = 2

So, y = 2x +c .Find c using point ( -2 , 5)

5 = -4 +c ----> c = 9

y = 2x +9

b) -4x +7y =-56

x intercept : plug x =0 ; -4x +0 =-56

x = -14

( -14 , 0)

y intercept : plug y =0 ; 0 +7y = -56

y =-8
