these two basic characteristics of human being only, no other living thing or organ think about these two. as of my openion, these are most desirable characteristics that a human must carry during their lives. these are not only important for people, but facilitate us to understand others, to help others, to seek help from others and so on. if we are not in a position to give, we may revert the same and we can express our unwillingness to help.

as i already said you that these are basic reflections of human nature, a leader must possess these. they are the initiators to so many others, hence they reflect all these with their behavior. a leader must have abilities to understand people, situations and issues, based on these they must act or react. leaders always choose actions and activities based not on the basis of good and bad, but take decisions based on what is right and what is wrong.

definition of success does not matter in terms of answering the questions, or any other aspect of writing. it is all about performing extraordinary in the times of hard and difficulties. the people who can perorm well during difficulties, they only becomes leaders in their segment. when things are normal and simple way, every one will be perform well, but during difficulties only real people perform and complete them.

communication is a tool to exchange something among people. it is not about the issue what we speak or express, it is the tone and words which we use during the coversation. communication is one of the basic and fundamental tool that a leader always carries in extraordinary way. he must attract the followers with those words only. the followers must considered those words as Mantras and again and again reflect them only.

an organization is consists of people belongs to different streams, specilizations, knowledge levels, skill set, understanding levels, with different aspirations and so on. it is your target to reach every one with your words only. words are more powerful than any other incentives, a simple appreciation can boost the followers and drive them to perform better for the organization. similarly, negative words may distruct them to perform well. so, leaders must use simple and most attractive communication when they address people or gathering or followers.
