What is the concentration of a sodium hydroxied solution if

What is the concentration of a sodium hydroxied solution if 15.67 mL of the solution is required to reach the end point in the titration of 0.334 grams of KHP dissoved in water? Explain your answer. Thank you!!!

Solution

The reaction is given as :

KHP + NaOH = KNaP + H2O

Number of moles of KHP = 0.334 / 204.22 = 0.0016 mol

So number of mol of NaOH required will also be 0.0016 mol

Concentration of NaOH = Number of moles of solute / volume of solution in L

= 0.0016 / 0.01567

= 0.104 M

What is the concentration of a sodium hydroxied solution if 15.67 mL of the solution is required to reach the end point in the titration of 0.334 grams of KHP d
