The project should be organized as a functional project, it is necessary to be recommended in the organization structure of the Southern Care Hospital. The project manager should divide the work into many individual departments of the various functions so that the organization processes are maintained chronologically. The project manager should assign the work in such a fashion that the organization must be maintained an order. The responsibility of a project manager is quite heavy as he/she has the responsibility to report to the managers for getting the work done on a specific schedule. As the hospital authority is always required to be active in all the dealings with the patients so they are required to work as an individual and in specific departments so that it meets all the necessary demands and objectives for maintaining a growing organization. From hospitals surgical to neurology departments it is necessary to assign work schedule for maintaining a balanced work culture in the organization so to sustain a healthy environment in work and to serve even better and faster to the patients who need care.
