For the purpose of the article the topic of macroeconomics which we are going to consider over here is the unemployment. It is one of the main topics of macroeconomics. First of all latest what is unemployment unemployment is a situation where are people are not employed that means they are not earning or they are not in the capacity of earning anything in monetary terms. the article which we are going to consider here is the employment rate is low but it should be even lower taken this topic from web from a site Washington Post. well this article says that the rate of unemployment has been recorded as the lowest in past few years which comes to be around 4% it says that the unemployment was higher in previous year but now it has reduced because more number of people are not participating and contributing to the labour force the economy categorises in the population into three categories the one employed the second one unemployed but actively seeking for the job and the third category is the category where people are not employed and neither they are looking for the jobs we exclude the last category from the unemployment rate because this is a category where people are not seeking jobs and they are not interested in jobs so this would not be considered as the problem of unemployment. alien on the unemployment rate was very high in US the reason that there was reduction in labour force people were not interested in picking up jobs early as they were used to give their more time into studies and taking up jobs later but as recorded in this February the in unemployment rate has reduced to 4.1%. the article which we are considering here says that the it\'s good that unemployment rate has reduced but it should have been reduced more they are the reason behind this is that there is a concept in Economics with says about full employment so it\'s very important for an economy to attain full employment so that there is no unemployment the writer of the article says that we can a practically achieve unemployment rate which comes down to three point something the brighter here is same it show the unemployment rate should be lower because of the following reasons that there are opportunities now as compared to previous time and no more people are contributed to the jobs as number especially in case of women employment women are no more career oriented and now they are working home and even married women are not taking a break from their job the continue to do their job so nice number of labour force has increased as number of women have a started walking more as considered to previous times.

The writing of the article says that the unemployment rate has decreased but as the great economist suggest that it should be more less but is it practically possible and the concept of full employment is how much actually possible in the present economy. concept of full employment is actually a myth because its practically not possible and its concept of full employment based on and classic models and now the labour portal does not work according to the Classic model this is the main reason that full environment concept is actually not possible in an any economy another reason why full employment concept is wrong or not possible is that based on historical theory no matter how much the demand is strong for the liver there is bound unemployment because the fire inside of the employee so there is some part of unemployment which will remain no matter what happened so practically the full employment is not possible.

in my opinion the article is correct in focusing and the relevant point of full employment economy always try to reach single but actually considering all the circumstances and present employment is not possible rate of unemployment has decreased to 4% which should small because the participation from the labour force is increasing as compared to older times.
