Germany and Italy: hand off, it is a European affair.

Japan with China: Not nice, boycott Japanese products and place an embargo on raw materials to Japan in an effort

to influence its actions. This actually led Japan to look elsewhere for raw materials such as in the South Pacific and in

order to take those assets, they would have to neutralize the British and American influence in that area.

None. The USA did adopt a program Canada had called Mutual Aid, their spin on it was Lend-Lease that also sent

material to Britain.. but short of being an arms dealer for profit that was the sole response.
