Describe the various types of internal and external stakeholders who should be addressed in a stakeholder management plan for an IT project.

External stakeholders are entities not within a business itself but who care about or are affected by its performance
Types of Internal Stakeholders:
employees, managers, the board of directors, investors.
Example of internal stakeholders in IT project is Project managers, they ivolve in the developing of project. They have authority to manage the project by handling responsibility of work performance, organizing and planning; effectively ensuring that all phases of the project are done accurately and efficiently.
Types of Exteranl stakeholders:
Users, Third party vendors, investors, suppliers.
Third party vendors are external stakeholders because they supply needed elements for a project\'s success, the project depends on hem to achieve the goals, milestones and deliverables.
