If you could afford to purchase EITHER a health insurance plan that covers medical expenses or a disability policy, which would you choose and why?

I would choose a health insurance plan because to incur medical expenses has more probability. Health insurance gives us medical expenses for most of the diseases. Probability of being diseased is much higher. Also, my work place conditions are fine and it is not necessary to purchase a disability insurance. The risk is almost negligible and a disability policy might not be useful.
