Once you have chosen the relevant group, these websites presents you with the people who are connected to you directly or through soebody else or connected to you because of some similarity i your profile. You can connect to these people and enquire about roles or ask for an opening position in their job. One point to note, although every one knows that everybody on this group is here because they need a job, don\'t make it apparent that you just need a job. Build a relation with these people and then ask for what you need. Often they can suggest you something you mightnot have imagined.

Today, social media sites can connect you to people, recruiter or company. You can approach these people directly when they post a job or visit the company page to look for jobs in ayour desired role. Your search gets saved and these websites, pulls out relavent people, role and company (depending upon your search) to show you that what additional options you can have.

Two things that you can do are:
