1. Increase interaction within the group members.
2. Ensure availability of a central person to coordinate between the team members.
3. Managers should strictly follow timline and see that each team members adhere to it.
4. HR managers should interact with each member to understand their issues and try resolving it in conjuction with the line manager.
5. Ocassional team building programs should be encouraged.
6. Ensure transparency at all levels.
7. Tout the competence of different team members.
To make it work they should ensure that:
1. The goal is clear to every team member.
2. Team member selection criteria should be different than hiring a regular person. Often people mould their resume to match the said profile. So the selection process should be detailed to check if the person is really interested in the said profile.
3. The Line manager should see to it that the work is equally distributed and that the work gets done on time. This will keep the team members motivated and keep the trust factor intact.
4. The power wand should be a shared one or it whould keep changing hands. There shouldn\'t be a permanent leader in the group, rather everybody should get an opportunity to steer the team.
