Six Sigma is a process of improvements in the quality of process by the way of detecting and identifying the problems and defects in the process and minimizing theses defects and variability in the production and process so that the process and production is standardized. This uses sets of quality management techniques and statistical methods for minimizing the variability in the production and process. In this process, the organization follows definite sequences of steps to achieve the goals of increasing profits or reducing costs.
