The HR professional has the responsibility to understand the HR needs of the organization and prepare/hire the individuals and train them according to the organizational requirements, whereas the attorney has the responsibility to guide the organization on legal matters and present the case in front of the authorities as & when required. Further, the HR professional assesses the need from the beginning and align the performances of the employees with the organizational goals and ensure that the goals are achieved with efficiently. Here, the attorney helps the organization to comply with the regulations prescribed by the legal system so that organizations don’t face any legal trouble.
HR professional also applies the labor laws as per the guidelines of the regulatory bodies in recruitment decisions, compensation and other issues related to HR. Though, the attorney defends the organizational conduct in the court of law if there is a case against the organization related to these laws.
