There are many stories in the media of sellers or manufacturers not “making good” on their products’ warranties? Has this ever happened to you? Have you ever had a good experience with a warranty? Was it an express or implied warranty?

Yes, this has happened with me. I bought a television of the brand LG It was a 3D LED tv worth some dollars After 4 months of use the tv started to show blur on the bottom half of the screen we thought it was the cable networks problem so I called my service provider to check this but he insisted that there is no problem on his side. Then I went to shop from where I had brought that TV with original bill. That time they said they will send someone to check but no one showed up for full one week. Then again I went to seller and told him to either change my TV or fix the problem at the earliest. Then he told me to call customer care of LG and complian them about my problem and then company will send a guy but to no success no one showed again I had to repair that TV with the help of local electrician with charges. It was such a bad experience that from then onwards I never buy LG products.
