Mangers need to have a shared vision at both the regional level and at the organizational level.   Decision making if shared gives the empowerment to employees that   there vision is also important in managerial decision making. This open mindedness keeps the growth index of the organizational culture. When   regional cultures of diversity and inclusion are made a part of organizational philosophy then this philosophy is translated into organizational drive an managers then involve and interweave this culture into part of their process of leadership. When firms interpolate the regional culture into organizational culture it leads to a good mix of all positive strengths of good focus in employees and good thoughts towards great empowerment of employees and the need to recognize   employee worth and look for sharing of the drive in managers. This leads to an organizational culture which is one of the best to work in and work with. Managers who work in international arena should be very careful to the different aspects of cross cultural management to empower not only themselves but also to the employees to contribute their best to growth by accepting that the firm encourages the culture of allowing employees to learn and grow and it is a part of knowledge acquisition and creativity.
