Strategic planning and the project execution is closely related in an organization because the project that an organization executes is the result of all the strategic planning that it has implemented. The objective of strategic planning is success of the project by assessing the strength and weakness of the organization and also of it competitors which will help the project to be successful using the opportunities provided by the weakness of the competitors. There are various ways in strategic planning through which the plan of action is determined and used in the project in order to be successful. The plan can also be used in marketing management so that the weakness of its competitors are showcased in order to attract more and more business. The business objective of each and every organization is very much clear and the organization functions according to its objective which is defined in the mission of the organization along with some ethics and values. It can be stated in this context that strategic planning is a mandatory for organizations today and it is difficult to achieve the goals without proper strategic management.
