automatic investment plan is the regular investment activity planed by a person. i.e. he made arrangements to transfer in continuous intervels, with fixed amount of funds.

this kind of investment is very good to the ivestors. it helps them to plan in a systematic way. because the investor transfer money and invest in an systematic way, irrespective of market conditions.

to the people who do not have complete grip on market and investment alternative, it makes sense. i am doing it, but my plan is a systematic investment plan (SIP).
