Write an equation for a rational function with Vertical asym

Write an equation for a rational function with: Vertical asymptotes at x = 4 and x = 6 x intercepts at x = -1 and x = 1 y intercept at 7 y = 168(x + 1)(x - 1)/(x - 4)(x - 6)

Solution

You have done all right but forget to keep negative sign in the answer

Since y intercept is positive value of 7

If we replace x=0 in your equation we get y=-7

So correct it entire equation is perfect
