End of life means when there is any necessity to kill anyone legally. Like a patient is in huge pain and his illness cannot be treated.

The struggle is because of the constitutional right of a human and integrity of medical profession and society interest to save human.

In above example every human has the right to live and from the society point of view legal killing is not acceptable and it is more painful to left him living with pain.
