Solution

In 1970 George Guy became ill with the disease of pancreatic cancer. He attempted to begin a cell line with the help of his own cancer cells but the cancer had become too grave. He died in few months and Henrietta\'s formal doctor had decided to post an article regarding hela cells. A picture was taken about the Henrietta tumor and it was not diagnosed properly. It turned out to be aggressive adenocarcinoma pertaining to the cervix. And it was not expected to spread so fast.

There was a crisis point reached with HeLa contamination for the issue of cancer virus search. There was interest developed for the cells and a request for publishing the name of the donor was released. A letter was sent identifying Henrietta lacks.

There was narrow focus for Gey and the experimental treatments did not work. There was breach in the rights of the patients released through this. The release of Henrietta name to the public was not justified. It was a breach of privacy. The family can be provided with compensation.
